Our Story

For years, we were the ones doing the searching.

Scrolling through listings late at night, reading the fine print, hoping the photos were accurate, trying to find the perfect place where our whole family could actually be together. Not just under the same roof, but together. Around a kitchen island. Out on a dock. Watching the kids kayak while the adults found a quiet corner of the deck to finally exhale.

We’ve rented a lot of places over the years — some were beautiful, and some were comfortable, but very few were both.

When we found the perfect spot on Lake Murray, we decided to change that.

We built Osprey Cove the way we always wished someone would build a rental: by pulling together all the details that our family loved over years of lake vacations, and putting it all in one place. All king beds so nobody draws the short straw. A kitchen big enough to actually cook for a crowd. A kids' room that makes the little ones feel like the whole space was designed just for them. A dock, fire table, and deck with a view that makes you forget what day it is.

Every detail came from a real moment, something we'd experienced, wished for, or discovered mattered more than we expected.

The name came naturally. The ospreys were already here when we arrived, circling the cove like they owned the place. 

We share Osprey Cove because we believe everyone deserves a place like this, somewhere that feels less like a rental and more like a home that's been waiting for you. A place where your family can gather, breathe, and make the kind of memories that turn into the stories you tell for years.
