Welcome home.
Welcome to Osprey Cove — a five-bedroom lakefront home built the way we always wished someone would. Every detail came from a moment we'd lived: all King beds so no one draws the short straw, a kitchen big enough to actually cook for a crowd, a kids' room with bunks and a hidden play nook that makes the little ones feel like the whole place was designed for them.
Out back, the lawn rolls down to a covered gazebo with a fire table right on the water — sit by the lake at sunset while making s'mores. Beyond it, the private dock opens onto 50,000 acres of Lake Murray.

Indoor Living
The great room opens to the dining area and a chef's kitchen with a gas range, double ovens, and a center island big enough to gather around. The lower-level family room adds a coffee bar, comfortable seating, and easy access to the patio and yard.
Work & Play
A dedicated workspace tucked away from the gathering areas. This space has dual monitors, a printer, and quiet high-speed Wi-Fi. Smart TVs throughout for streaming your own content.
Outdoor Living
The expansive upper deck has lounge seating with the biggest view in the house. The lower patio adds Adirondack chairs, table seating, a bed swing, and a propane gas grill.
The Gazebo
A quiet structure right on the water with a propane fire table, porch swing, and rocking chair. Coffee in the morning, fire and stars at night.
On the Water
The private dock can hold two boats under 26-ft, or one 26-ft boat with two jet skis upon approval. Two single-person kayaks, two paddle boards, life jackets, and pool floats are provided.
